This locomotive is developed based on the four-axle new energy locomotive platform of CRRC Datong Co., Ltd., with a focus on the demand for pure electric locomotives from steel enterprises and industrial and mining sites.
This locomotive was officially put into operation in March 2023 in Yuncheng, Shanxi.
This locomotive has accumulated an operating mileage of over 70,000 km, saving approximately 1 million in energy costs annually.
