Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generation technology is a low-pressure-differential, low-energy-consumption air separation oxygen generation technology. It separates oxygen from nitrogen based on the difference in adsorption capacity of Li-based molecular sieves for oxygen and nitrogen, to obtain product oxygen with a concentration of less than 96%. It is a purely physical separation process with no chemical reactions involved.
As a professional supplier with a complete set of independent patents and proprietary technologies for VPSA oxygen generation, our company's VPSA oxygen generation units are designed with the following features: high stability, low overall power consumption, and low noise.
Technical Features
Adopting a three-tower oxygen generation process with independent intellectual property rights, with typical features as follows:
1.1 This process solves the problem in two-tower VPSA oxygen generation processes where the blower or vacuum pump cannot operate continuously;
1.2 While ensuring fully continuous operation of the blower and vacuum pump, this process also fully utilizes the pressure energy and vacuum energy within the adsorption towers, resulting in lower energy consumption;
Adopting self-developed radial adsorption towers, with typical features as follows:
2.1 Low bed resistance in the adsorption tower and high adsorbent utilization rate;
2.2 More uniform gas flow distribution in the adsorption tower and reduced molecular sieve attrition and wear.
2.3 Small footprint of the adsorption tower;
Adopting self-developed VPSA-specific triple-offset butterfly valves, with typical features as follows:
3.1 Unique geometric triple-offset structural design for excellent sealing performance;
3.2 Applied torque, friction-free sealing, and self-compensating structure for erosion and wear, resulting in long service life;
Adopting a new dedicated pretreatment molecular sieve + dedicated oxygen generation molecular sieve combined bed, resulting in long adsorbent life;
Adopting self-developed VPSA-specific blowers and vacuum pumps, featuring high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low noise;
The unit has a wide operating flexibility and can achieve 10%–110% load adjustment.
