Product Introduction

Since gases such as natural gas and coal gas contain impurities including H₂S and organic sulfides (COS, CS₂, RSH, RSR, etc.), when raw gas containing organic sulfur is used as a chemical feedstock or clean fuel, organic sulfur must be removed. This is typically achieved through catalytic hydrolysis or catalytic hydrogenation, which converts organic sulfur into H₂S, followed by the use of a desulfurization agent to remove the H₂S. Alternatively, a special organic sulfur adsorbent developed by our company can be used to remove organic sulfur through a TSA adsorption process.

Technical Features

• High organic sulfur conversion rate, reaching 90~99%;

• Low pressure drop of the unit, without affecting the use of downstream sections;

• Small footprint, suitable for retrofitting existing steel plants.

Unit Scale

1000~500000Nm³/h.

Applicable Fields

Blast furnace gas or other coal gas desulfurization projects containing organic sulfur.

Coke oven gas, semi-coke tail gas, and other manufactured gas.
