Product Introduction

The spray roasting waste acid regeneration technology utilizes the characteristic of FeCl₂ undergoing hydrolysis at high temperature with sufficient water vapor and an appropriate amount of air, directly converting FeCl₂ into HCl and Fe₂O₃ in a roasting furnace. The HCl gas generated from the reaction and evaporated from the acid is absorbed by water to obtain regenerated hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of approximately 18%. Fe₂O₃ enters the bottom of the reaction furnace and is transported through a conveying pipeline into the iron powder silo. This method not only recovers resources but also solves the environmental protection problem of waste acid, and is a treatment technology encouraged by the state. The spray roasting method has a high reaction rate, with a hydrochloric acid regeneration rate of over 99.5%. The recovered hydrochloric acid has a mass fraction of approximately 18%, with no secondary pollution. Meanwhile, the by-products generated can be used as the main raw material for magnetic materials after processing, yielding considerable economic benefits.

Technical Features

• High acid recovery efficiency, with a chlorine recovery rate ≥99.5% (all chloride ions). The recovered regenerated acid can be directly returned to the pickling line for use.

• Hydrochloric acid (regenerated acid) with a concentration of 18–24% and high-quality ferric oxide powder with a purity of over 99.0% can be recovered from pickling waste liquid.

• No wastewater discharge during normal production, and exhaust gas emissions meet the ultra-low emission standard of dual 10mg/Nm³.

• The facility has a high degree of automation, is easy to start and stop, simple to operate, and runs stably, with an acid operation rate ≥95%.
