Product Introduction

The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator (PSA nitrogen generator for short) is a nitrogen generation device designed and manufactured based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption gas separation. It typically uses two adsorption towers, with a fully automatic control system strictly controlling the sequence according to a specific programmable schedule, alternately performing pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration to complete the separation of nitrogen and oxygen and obtain nitrogen of the required high purity.

Technical Features

  • Convenient and fast nitrogen production

Qualified nitrogen can be provided within approximately 20 minutes after startup.

  • Easy to use

The equipment has a compact structure and can be skid-mounted as a whole, occupying a small footprint and requiring low infrastructure investment. On-site, nitrogen can be produced simply by connecting to a power supply.

  • More economical than other nitrogen supply methods

The PSA process is a simple nitrogen generation method that uses air as raw material. Energy consumption is limited to the electricity consumed by the air compressor and cooling circulating water, offering advantages such as low operating costs, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.

  • Mechatronic design enables automated operation

Imported PLC control enables fully automatic operation. Nitrogen flow rate, pressure, and purity are adjustable and continuously displayed, enabling unattended operation.

  • Technical Specifications

Flow rate: 5-5000Nm³/h

Purity: 95%~99.9995%

Dew point: ≤-60℃, configurable and adjustable according to user operating conditions

Pressure: ≤1.0Mpa, selectable and adjustable according to user pressure requirements.

Application Fields

Protective gas for metal heat treatment processes, gas for chemical production and nitrogen filling and purification of various storage tanks and pipelines, gas for the production of rubber and plastic products, nitrogen preservation packaging in the food industry, purification and blanketing gas in the beverage industry, nitrogen filling packaging in the pharmaceutical industry and nitrogen filling and oxygen displacement of containers, protective gas for electronic components and semiconductor production processes in the electronics industry, etc.
