After compression, the helium-containing feed gas enters the adsorption tower of the PSA-He unit that is in the adsorption state. Through the adsorbent, impurities such as H₂O, CO2, N2, CH₄, C2+, and CO in the helium gas are adsorbed, while the unadsorbed helium flows out from the top of the tower as the product, yielding product helium with a purity of 99%–99.999%.
