A fixed-base crane refers to a jib-type crane that is fixed on a foundation or supported on a base and can only operate in a fixed position at a port. Compared with a portal crane in appearance, it has lifting, luffing, and slewing functions, but no traveling mechanism, and its metal structure has no portal frame. Its characteristic is that it can only work in a fixed position, but its structure is relatively simple and its cost is relatively low.

The portal crane memorizes the grabbing position, unloading position, and operation path, and combines grab anti-sway, positioning, and anti-collision algorithms to realize automatic operation of the portal grab.
11. Jib anti-collision system
By detecting the radius, angle, and operating position of the portal crane and sharing data with adjacent equipment, a portal crane group model is built, and intelligent algorithms are used to achieve jib anti-collision protection.
