Product Introduction

A Rubber-Tyred Gantry Crane (abbreviated as RTG) is a specialized lifting machine used for stacking operations in container yards. Rubber tyres enable the crane to travel within the yard, and a trolley travels along the track on the crossbeam of the gantry frame to load and unload containers from container trucks and perform stacking operations. The RTG adopts mechanical hydraulic devices and directional guidance devices such as radio induction to maintain straight-line travel within the yard. It can also perform 90° right-angle steering to achieve turning and yard transfer operations. RTGs produced by Wuxin can adopt multiple power supply methods including diesel generator sets, mains electricity, and lithium batteries. They comply with the latest domestic and international standards such as GB, FEM, DIN, IEC, and AWS, featuring safety and stability, good maneuverability, customizability, low operation and maintenance costs, and energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
