HXGN15-12 Box-Type Fixed AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Overview

The HXGN15-12 (SF6) unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical products independently designed and successfully developed by us after introducing advanced foreign technology and in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power and urban network renovation. All technical performance indicators comply with IEC 62271-200:2003 and GB 3906 standards.

The main switch, operating mechanism, and components of the ring main unit adopt original parts from ABB or the SFL-12/24 type switchgear produced with imported components assembled domestically. It can also be equipped with ABB original HAD/US type SF6 circuit breakers or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breakers according to user requirements. Its operation mode is divided into manual and electric.

The cabinet body is riveted after CNC machining, with a protection rating of IP3X, and has reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product features small volume, light weight, attractive appearance, simple operation, long service life, high parameters, no pollution, and low maintenance.

The XGN15-12 (SF6) unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit is suitable for AC 50Hz, 12kV power networks, used for the reception and distribution of electrical energy. The main switch inside the cabinet is an SF6 switch.

Normal Operating Conditions

1. Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃;

2. Altitude: altitude not exceeding 2000m;

3. Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%; monthly average not greater than 90%;

4. Surrounding environment: the surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive gases, flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;

5. No frequent severe vibration.
