Strong cross-section adaptability
Featuring an industry-first sliding-boom structure, it offers a large working range while significantly reducing the overall vehicle length. It can accommodate construction in various cross-section types and ensure passability through curved sections, such as inclined shafts, cross adits, parallel pilot tunnels, and other different cross-sections.
Strong adaptability to construction methods and rock bolt installation
Equipped with a sliding-boom structure and dual-layer feed beam, it solves the challenge faced by traditional rock drilling jumbos, whose booms cannot adapt to excavation in multiple cross-section types and rock bolt installation under different cross-sections and construction methods. It can simultaneously drill blast holes and rock bolt holes, reducing equipment changeover. When installing rock bolts in a cavern, the equipment covers a wide area with a single positioning, reducing machine repositioning. Both booms can work simultaneously without obstructing in-tunnel traffic. When installing rock anchor beam bolts, it can automatically connect rods, easily completing 12 m rock bolt holes.
Strong personnel adaptability
Remote control operation is simple and easy to learn. Equipped with a sliding lift-type cab, it allows close-range observation of drilling conditions on side walls and the crown, effectively controlling overbreak and underbreak.
High efficiency and energy saving
The single-hole drilling speed is 5-6 times that of manual pneumatic drilling, significantly improving drilling efficiency.
Intelligent control
Adopts full computer control, featuring functions such as construction log recording, automatic drilling data collection, rock drilling data transmission and storage while drilling, intelligent identification of surrounding rock at the tunnel face, automatic generation of blast hole patterns, automatic equipment positioning, automatic drilling, and automatic invert drilling, effectively controlling excavation profile and overbreak/underbreak.
