MaxAir is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, while Elite Jets is based in Naples, Florida, each providing services in different regions.

These business jets are almost entirely available for charter services, strengthening George J. Priester Company's competitiveness in the business aviation field. The newly added business jets will complement the existing network, offering customers more diverse options. Andy Priester emphasized that this acquisition helps the company maintain flexible operations across different regional markets.
With the addition of these two operators, George J. Priester Company now comprises six brands, collectively providing business jet charter services to customers. This acquisition also reflects the trend in the business aviation sector of expanding service networks through consolidation.
