According to the plan, the 3000t/d clinker capacity of Guizhou Yuqian Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. will be transferred to Fenggang County Western Cement Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Yuanjin Cement Co., Ltd. to optimize the layout of the cement industry.

Specific replacement details show that 2000t/d of clinker capacity will be transferred to the 2000t/d clinker production line of Fenggang County Western Cement Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 1.5:1. Meanwhile, 1000t/d of clinker capacity will be transferred to the 5000t/d clinker production line of Guizhou Yuanjin Cement Co., Ltd., also with a replacement ratio of 1.5:1. This capacity replacement plan helps improve the efficiency and resource utilization of regional cement production.

Through this capacity replacement, the structure of Guizhou Province's cement industry has been further adjusted. Fenggang County Western Cement Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Yuanjin Cement Co., Ltd. will receive additional clinker capacity support, promoting local infrastructure construction and economic development.
