Woodside, Australia, And Bechtel Sign Agreement To Develop Louisiana LNG Project

Wedoany.com Report-Dec 05, Australia's Woodside Energy Group announced that it has signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with U.S. engineering company Bechtel to jointly develop the Louisiana liquefied natural gas (LNG) project. The contract will cover the basic development of the project's three production lines with an annual capacity of up to 16.5 million tonnes. In addition, Woodside plans to make a final investment decision (FID) by the first quarter of 2025.
