Wedonay.com Report on Mar 18th, LGMG has introduced two new electric mini scissor lift models: the SS1532ER and SS1932ER, with working heights of 14 feet 9 inches and 18 feet 1 inch, respectively. These units are designed to meet the North American market's demand for compact aerial work solutions, especially against the backdrop of rapidly developing infrastructure projects like data centers.

Mark Elton, Director of Product Management for LGMG North America, stated, "Over the past decade, mini scissor lifts have gained significant traction in the rental market as contractors increasingly work in tighter, more congested aerial environments. In North America, this expansion has been partly driven by the rapid growth of data infrastructure projects." These lifts feature a stowed height under 7 feet, a width of 31.9 inches, and a length of 61 inches, allowing them to pass through standard doorways without the need to fold down guardrails.
LGMG has equipped these new scissor lifts with several standard features, including a 500 lb capacity platform suitable for up to two persons indoors or one person outdoors; a permanent magnet synchronous lift motor for smoother movement and better control, offering higher efficiency and longer work time between charges; perimeter lighting for busy or low-light environments; an integrated step platform for additional reach during aerial tasks; a leak containment system designed to capture hydraulic drips; and a keyed brake release switch to disengage the brakes when the lift needs to be winched or pushed.
The two mini scissor lifts differ in working height and weight: the SS1932ER weighs 2,866 lbs with a maximum platform height of 18 feet 1 inches indoors (14 feet 9 inches outdoors), while the SS1532ER weighs 2,293 lbs with a maximum platform height of 14 feet 9 inches. These designs make them ideal choices for tackling aerial work challenges such as those presented by the data center boom.
