Wedoany.com Report, On March 17th, the achievement presentation meeting for the 4000t/d cement clinker technical renovation project of Shandong United Wangchao Cement Co., Ltd. was held in Taierzhuang District, Zaozhuang City. Zhou Yunping, Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Zhang Bing, Chairman of the Zaozhuang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC; Chen Zhaotong, former Vice Mayor of Zaozhuang City; and Zhou Gang, Secretary of the District Party Committee, attended the event. The activity was presided over by Li Jun, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor.

Huang Zhenwei, General Manager of Shandong United Wangchao Cement Co., Ltd., introduced the specific details of the project. The attending leaders and guests jointly ignited the project. This cement technical renovation project adopts internationally advanced new dry-process technology and is equipped with a waste heat power generation system, an intelligent control system, and ultra-low emission facilities. It is positioned as a benchmark project integrating energy-saving, intelligent, and green features.

According to information released by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, this project was implemented through a capacity replacement method. Upon full operation, it is expected to achieve an annual production of 1.24 million tons of clinker, generate 32.24 million kWh of electricity per year, and save approximately 50 million yuan in production costs annually. The commissioning of this cement technical renovation project will enhance the technological level and environmental performance of local cement clinker production, holding positive significance for the upgrading of the regional building materials industry.
