Wedoany.com Report on Mar 19th, SES Energy has completed the acquisition of ICR's Chemical Injection Facility (CIU) and Corrosion Monitoring Division, integrating CIU's Aberdeen operations into the company and absorbing a technical team of 45 people.
This transaction marks the launch of SES Energy's growth plan under new ownership, aiming to expand technological capabilities and explore international markets.
The acquisition includes CIU's chemical injection team, technical equipment, customer contracts, and partner network. SES Energy will continue to serve as an authorized distributor and service point for Williams, Milton Roy, and Kenco Engineering products.
CIU Director Alan Simpson will join SES Energy to ensure the continuity of customer service and key business relationships.
This acquisition adds new products and services to SES Energy's chemicals and storage tank business, enabling the company to leverage an international platform to extend specialized inspection, maintenance, and testing capabilities to new regions while maintaining high service standards.
