Summary: The project construction site is located in Hedian Village, Yujiahu Subdistrict, Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. This phase plans to construct 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units, with simultaneous construction of flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal facilities. Emissions of flue gas pollutants will meet ultra-low emission limits (i.e., under the condition of a baseline oxygen content of 6%, the emission concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides shall not exceed 10, 35, and 50 mg/m³, respectively).
