en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 23rd, In Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Xuan Mai Paper has started up a second deinked pulp (DIP) production line, supplied by the Austrian technology company ANDRITZ, at its plant to enhance manufacturing capacity for high-quality recycled tissue paper. Designed with a daily capacity of 75 tons, the line processes 100% mixed office waste paper, supporting more efficient resource utilization.

As a Vietnamese tissue paper producer, Xuan Mai Paper's project builds on previous collaboration with ANDRITZ, demonstrating the ability to deliver reliable solutions under complex conditions. The new line includes a complete stock preparation system, engineered to ensure stable operation and consistent pulp quality.

Key processes involve the "SelectaFlot" flotation system, combined with high-consistency peroxide bleaching, to achieve target brightness and fiber recovery levels, optimizing the use of recycled fibers. ANDRITZ also supplied a customized drum pulper, seamlessly integrated into the existing plant layout to accommodate limited space.

Through precise engineering and coordinated installation, the project achieved a smooth transition to full-scale operation. Xuan Mai Paper's partnership with ANDRITZ began in 2020 with the first DIP line, and this new project represents another step in their long-term collaboration.

The Chairman of Xuan Mai Paper stated, "The startup of the second deinked pulp line is a crucial step in expanding recycled fiber capacity and meeting market demand for high-quality tissue paper. ANDRITZ provided a well-engineered solution, enabling efficient and stable production from day one."
