en.Weodoany.com Report on Mar 27th, As fuel costs rise and demand for electric trucks grows, related companies are accelerating the construction of charging networks. California-based startup EV Realty has partnered with global logistics company Prologis to deploy high-power charging stations at California seaports and along freight routes to support the demand for zero-emission transportation.

EV Realty focuses on utilizing existing grid access points to build charging facilities, avoiding costly upgrades. The company's Chief Operating Officer, Suncheth Bhat, stated, "We are building stations capable of serving any heavy-duty truck, including those using MCS." On March 25, EV Realty tested the Megawatt Charging System (MCS) at its upcoming San Bernardino Center. The system, provided by Finnish company Kempower, delivers up to 1 megawatt of power, significantly reducing charging times.

The test showcased a semi-trailer from Belgian company Windrose, which is entering the U.S. and European markets. Competition in the electric truck sector is intensifying, with participation from brands such as BYD and Geely Farizon, and traditional manufacturers like Volvo also launching electric truck services. EV Realty's solution aims to promote the expansion of electric truck charging networks in the U.S. and globally through intelligent site selection and grid optimization, meeting the needs of medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
