According to the Plan, by 2027, Henan's comprehensive grain production capacity will reach 68.5 billion kilograms. Next, Henan will advance the upgrading of the entire chain of grain and important agricultural product production, processing, circulation, and sales, build a fully open, moderately competitive, effectively coordinated, and highly efficient agricultural science and technology innovation system, and create an agricultural socialized service pattern based in Henan and serving the whole country.
