These agreements involve the development of a total of 130 MW of solar photovoltaic capacity under the "Surya Mitra Agriculture Feeder Scheme," aiming to provide daytime power security to the agricultural sector through dedicated solar feeders.

Ceigall India, an India-headquartered integrated infrastructure developer, has core businesses spanning Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) roads, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and renewable energy projects. The signed PPAs establish a 25-year power supply period with a fixed tariff of ₹2.85 per unit. The total estimated EPC cost for the project is ₹5.72 billion (inclusive of GST), covering a 12-month construction execution period followed by a 25-year operation and maintenance period.

Previously, Ceigall India, in consortium with Dilip Buildcon Limited, participated in the financial bid for Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.
