Siemens Gamesa Fits Final Jeonnam Turbine

Wedoany.com Report-Dec 19,Siemens Gamesa has successfully installed the last offshore wind turbine at the 99MW Jeonnam 1 Offshore Wind Farm in South Korea.
The CIP and SK E&S, one of the largest conglomerates in South Korea, JV is the first large scale, privately-led offshore wind farm in the country, the turbine manufacturer said.
Located 8.6 km off the coast of Jaeun Island in the Jeonnam province, this project marks Siemens Gamesa’s market entry into South Korea's rapidly growing offshore wind sector.
