The majority of the new homes at Bomaderry will be rented at market rate.
Wedoany.com Report-Feb 17, Landcom, a New South Wales (NSW) government developer, has announced a partnership with Zauner Construction, a construction company based in Ulladulla, to deliver a new build-to-rent (BTR) project in Bomaderry, Australia.
The project will comprise 60 new homes, with 48 offered at market rates for long-term rent and 12 designated as affordable housing for low- to moderate-income households.

The mix of apartment sizes is designed to cater to the diverse needs and budgets of the local community.
Residents will have access to the Bomaderry railway station, shops, open spaces, and other amenities.
Construction of the BTR project on the state’s South Coast is expected to commence in the coming months.
