He added that the project will leverage the global-level high-rise design and technical expertise, as well as differentiated residential products, from both companies to create the highest landmark in Seongsu-dong.

The Seongsu District 3 redevelopment project is located in the area of 572-7, Seongsu 2-ga 1-dong, Seongdong-gu, covering a site area of 114,198 square meters.
