Dixon noted that the team conducted detailed earthwork modeling, successfully retaining these materials on site and incorporating them into landscaped feature mounds. Regarding the building itself, Irizar had a strong vision for the headquarters' positioning, with its curved cladding features and the cross-design of cladding fins above the curtain wall glass presenting numerous challenges. The team developed efficient solutions through collaboration with specialist subcontractors.
