Co-founder and CEO Jesse Lozano stated that enterprise service providers (ESPs) represent one of the largest and least automated sectors in the economy. He cited industry data showing that annual contract spending in federal, state, and education sectors amounts to $2 trillion. These companies provide services in critical markets such as government, healthcare, facilities, technology, infrastructure, education, and defense, yet their core revenue workflows still rely heavily on spreadsheets, emails, shared storage, manual research, and tacit knowledge held in employees' minds.

Brett Brohl, Managing Partner at Bread & Butter Ventures, noted that the services industry is massive, highly complex, and has long lacked software support. Lozano added that for service companies, this nonlinear scaling capability means the same team can evaluate more opportunities, pursue more suitable projects, respond faster, price with greater context, and manage more complex tasks without proportionally increasing headcount.
Intellectible has already partnered with several enterprise service providers, with early results including: a more than 300% increase in qualified top-of-funnel leads for one client, while reducing related administrative work by 95%; and a more than 150% increase in qualified federal leads for Oceus, a 20-year-old enterprise wireless service provider.
HHS, with over 22,000 employees, is also an Intellectible client. Derek Kissos, Director of Growth at the agency, stated that Intellectible built for them not just automation, but an intelligent growth operating system capable of understanding the business at a deep structural level and translating that understanding into continuous action.
