The platform optimizes dynamic computing resource usage through a regional distribution structure. In terms of service design, it offers a range of services from physical server infrastructure to application programming interfaces (APIs) that are compatible with commonly used development environments in the industry. The service suite leverages processing capacity from other regions during off-peak hours to reduce consumption rates.

Mark Chen, CEO of Huawei Cloud Latin America, stated that MaaS aims to make advanced AI more accessible to enterprises, helping address real business needs without requiring the construction of complex proprietary infrastructure.

The system provides organizations with the flexibility to avoid reliance on a single algorithm vendor and allows them to select tools for specific tasks, such as process automation, business data analysis, document processing, and customer service workflows in industries like manufacturing, financial services, and retail.

"By eliminating the need for substantial initial investment and simplifying integration through APIs, enterprises can accelerate AI adoption while maintaining cost efficiency and operational control," Chen added. The service is immediately available through the Huawei Cloud portal and will be complemented by a three-month economic incentive program, set to launch in May 2026, aimed at supporting technology deployment for business partners, developers, and customers in the region.
