Targeting the mining characteristics and user needs of thin seam working faces ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters, the equipment innovatively establishes an equal-height mining process and equipment system. It features an equal-height shearer with a cutting power of 550 kilowatts, an integrated armored face conveyor (AFC) incorporating a conveying system, a haulage system, and a cable management system, lightweight hydraulic supports with high load-bearing capacity, and a highly integrated intelligent remote control system. The coal passage space of the equipment is increased by 80% compared to conventional products of the same specifications. The application of technologies such as vertical end cutting and automatic cable follower enables rapid face advancement, intelligent cable protection, and remote unmanned operation, improving mining efficiency by over 25%.
Attending leaders, experts, and user representatives unanimously agreed that this set of equipment successfully fills the technological gap in China's unmanned fully automated thin seam equal-height mining. It resolves the long-standing contradiction between "small space" and "high power" in thin seam mining, addressing industry pain points such as low efficiency of traditional oblique cutting, poor equipment adaptability, and high manual safety risks.
