The agreement establishes a working framework for both parties regarding cultural heritage surveys, site protection, and clearance of work areas, providing a land use and cultural heritage management framework for subsequent mining activities. The agreement also includes arrangements for the participation of Marlinyu Ghoorlie members in project activities, as well as compensation mechanisms for project rights and for impacts on native title rights arising from exploration and mining activities.

Astral Resources previously signed a land use agreement in October 2025 covering the primary tenements of the Feysville Project. With the execution of this agreement, all tenements included in the Mandilla Definitive Feasibility Study are now covered by relevant land use agreements.

The Mandilla Project's Pre-Feasibility Study plans a processing facility with an annual throughput capacity of 2.75 million tonnes and the development of seven open pits, with an expected average gold production of approximately 95,000 ounces per year over the first 12 years. The project is still undergoing its Definitive Feasibility Study, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, followed by the need for mine development approvals.
