The clean electricity generated by the system can meet the energy needs of approximately 250 households, converting solar energy into electricity through eight Solis 110KW inverters.

This solar facility will help CMP Products reduce its reliance on grid electricity, lower carbon emissions, and cut long-term energy costs.

Sean McIntyre, Managing Director of SCJ Renewables, stated that the project is significant for both CMP Products and the broader renewable energy sector in the Northeast. He noted that large-scale rooftop solar installations using rapid shutdown technology are rare in the Northeast. As part of the turnkey service, SCJ Renewables liaised with Northern Powergrid to ensure CMP Products obtained the appropriate export permits for power output at this scale. When designing the installation plan, the team collaborated with industry-recognized leaders such as G59 Projects to customize a solution for CMP.
