Located in Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, the project was jointly built by Shenghaitang, Huawei Digital Power, and Zhongtai Energy, adopting a solar-storage integrated solution aimed at optimizing the enterprise's electricity costs and ensuring round-the-clock power supply.
Anhui Shenghaitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Co., Ltd., located at No. 211 Zhangliang Road, Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, was established in 2005. It is a traditional Chinese medicine enterprise integrating the production and sales of ordinary decoction pieces, direct oral decoction pieces, and Chinese medicinal materials. The company's new factory covers an area of 94.8 mu, with a total building area of 75,000 square meters. As a green factory in Anhui Province, a specialized and new champion enterprise, and a provincial key leading enterprise, the company's pharmaceutical production has extremely high requirements for the stability and continuity of power supply. Although a photovoltaic power generation system has been installed on the factory roof, the intermittent nature of PV output makes achieving round-the-clock clean power supply and reducing electricity costs a key challenge for its green upgrade.
The 1.29MWh energy storage station put into operation this time leverages existing PV resources to achieve coordinated operation of PV and storage, adopting a peak-valley arbitrage model to optimize electricity costs. The energy storage system regulates 420,000 kWh of electricity annually, significantly reducing comprehensive electricity costs while ensuring stable round-the-clock power supply for the factory. The core storage equipment of the project uses six sets of Huawei's new-generation 215kWh air-liquid smart cooling energy storage systems, achieving full-stack safety protection from cells to systems with an "electrical-thermal dual-chain safety architecture." The system cycle efficiency reaches 91.3%, featuring a 10-year maintenance-free design and a 15-year ultra-long service life, reducing later-stage maintenance pressure and lifecycle costs.
