The deal is expected to be completed by early August 2026.
Yodoko Shengyu (Hefei) High-Tech Steel Sheet Co., Ltd., established on October 28, 2011, is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province. It was jointly invested by Japan's Yodoko Co., Ltd. and Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd., primarily engaged in the production and sales of galvanized steel sheets and color-coated steel sheets in the Chinese market. Before the transfer, Yodoko Steel Co., Ltd. held 79.09% of the shares, and Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd. held 20.91%. The total stake transferred this time is 95%, with Yodoko Steel transferring 74.09% and Sheng Yu Steel transferring 20.91%. After the transfer, only Yodoko Steel will retain a 5% stake. Yodoko Steel will receive 181.5 million yuan, and Sheng Yu Steel will receive 51.2 million yuan.
