en.Wedoany.com Reported - Liandu District has unveiled the "13 New Real Estate Policies," offering subsidies of up to 300,000 yuan for first-time homebuyers, skilled talents, and families with multiple children who purchase properties in designated areas, including Bihu New City, Liancheng Street, and 14 district-managed residential projects in Zijin Street. Eligible individuals can combine home purchase vouchers with policy subsidies to receive the maximum benefit. The policy is valid until June 30, 2027. During this period, residents participating in trade-in programs who purchase newly built commercial housing within the subsidy scope and complete online registration must obtain a real estate ownership certificate to qualify for a 10% purchase subsidy, capped at 80,000 yuan.

For talent-related home purchases, subsidies range from 80,000 to 200,000 yuan for individuals with associate degrees or above, up to E-class talents and higher. Families with two children can receive a 100,000 yuan subsidy, while those with three or more children are eligible for 200,000 yuan. The new policies also include promoting the acquisition of existing commercial housing for affordable housing purposes, encouraging developers to purchase commercial housing for such use; optimizing housing voucher policies for expropriation projects, coordinating housing supply, and standardizing settlement mechanisms; introducing industrial policy housing vouchers, including those for policy implementation and rewards for high-quality enterprises; and advancing the integration of relocation and resettlement plans under the "Cross-Mountain Coordination" initiative with Bihu New City's planning.

According to regulations, home purchase subsidies can only be applied for during the policy's implementation period for newly built commercial housing in district-managed projects in Liandu. Subsidies are non-cumulative and are disbursed at the highest applicable rate, but they can be combined with home purchase consumption vouchers. Properties that have already benefited from other policy subsidies, such as industrial policy housing vouchers, are not eligible for repeated subsidies under this policy.
