Burtville Delivers 111 Homes at Masdar City Ahead of Schedule

The company initiated deliveries after obtaining the Building Completion Certificate from the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport, which was issued recently, enabling it to start handing over homes 14 months ahead of the contractual completion date of September 30, 2027.

The Ville 11 project comprises a total of 111 residential units, including apartments, duplexes, and triplex residences. The developer has now begun progressively handing over the homes to buyers, allowing owners to move in significantly earlier than originally planned. Burtville stated that the early completion further reinforces its reputation for delivering on commitments on time and reflects the company's rigorous approach to project management, quality control, and construction standards.

According to the latest progress data published on the DARI platform, Burtville's overall development portfolio continues to outperform its scheduled timelines. A company spokesperson noted that the Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 project at Yas Bay is 1% ahead of schedule, Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 is 3% ahead, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 at Masdar City is 3% ahead, and both Ville 12 and Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 are 4% ahead.

The spokesperson also stated that the Bab Al Qasr Canal View 22 project at Al Raha Beach is 13% ahead of schedule, while all other developments are progressing in line with their approved delivery timelines. He added that the early delivery of Ville 11 reflects the company's long-standing commitment to delivering quality projects on time or ahead of schedule, while also helping to strengthen buyer and investor confidence in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
