In addition to Azizi Venice, the company is also extending working hours at its other developments, such as its fourth and final phase of the Riviera project, where shifts of at least 10 hours per day are maintained, with substantial manpower deployed, alongside enhanced contractor coordination and close monitoring of construction milestones.

The Azizi Venice project will comprise over 36,000 residential units, distributed across more than 100 apartment complexes and over 109 ultra-luxury villas. Azizi Developments serves as the master developer, responsible for constructing the buildings, roads, and all infrastructure. The residences are arranged around the lagoon shoreline, creating a waterfront environment for leisure, retail, and commercial spaces.

The lagoon within the project features desalinated seawater, surrounded by sandy beaches, an 8-kilometer cycling and jogging track, yoga and fitness facilities, and a waterfront promenade lined with a variety of gourmet restaurants and boutique shops.
