en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, CMIE undertook the community commercial design for the N07-B30 plot of Changsha International Exhibition New City, collaborating with Shanghai Huazhi Group to advance the plot's development and accelerate the transformation of the regional 15-minute convenient living circle from blueprint to reality.

Located at the core of the International Exchange Area within the Free Trade Zone's exhibition block, the project covers approximately 8 mu (about 0.53 hectares) with a building area of 6,433 square meters. It is a key innovative non-standard commercial entity in the exhibition area and a demonstration practice for community convenience services. Breaking away from traditional commercial building models, the project focuses on the concept of "community building," organically integrating commercial functions with community public services to create a warm and interactive community scene. In the future, residents will have access to a full range of one-stop living services covering "clothing, food, housing, transportation, and education" right at their doorstep, enabling daily needs such as shopping, dining, childcare, socializing, and handling errands to be met within walking distance.

The design team of CMIE adheres to a "people-centered" design philosophy, creating humanized and refined convenient living spaces to comprehensively enhance the livability of the area. Upon completion, the project will provide a replicable and scalable practical model for the innovative development of community commerce and convenience services in Changsha.
