Wang Yubo, Deputy Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Committee and Governor, held working talks with CGN Chairman Yang Changli and General Manager Pang Songtao, and witnessed the signing.
Entrusted by Provincial Committee Secretary Wang Ning, Wang Yubo welcomed CGN's delegation to Yunnan for inspection and negotiations on behalf of the Provincial Committee and Government.
