The exhibition brings together high-quality resources from the global aluminum industry and end-user sectors, and will concurrently host the Asia Automotive Lightweight Exhibition, Shanghai International Copper Industry Exhibition, Shanghai International Recycled Metals Exhibition, and Shanghai International Magnesium Industry Exhibition.

The exhibition runs from July 8 to 10 at Halls N1-N5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, located at 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area. Visitors arriving by taxi or private car can enter via the East Entrance Hall at Gate 3, while those taking Metro Line 7 to Huamu Road Station can enter via the North Entrance Hall at Gate 2.

For visitors driving private cars, Parking Lot P1 is recommended, located at the main entrance of the East Hall at Gate 3. Parking costs 10 RMB per hour, with a daily maximum of 80 RMB.

The exhibition is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on July 8 and 9, and from 09:00 to 15:00 on July 10. Shuttle buses will run from the North Entrance Hall to the East Entrance Hall starting at 8:30 from July 8 to 10, allowing visitors to enter early via the East Entrance Hall and receive a limited-edition commemorative "Go Green with Aluminum and Copper" canvas bag, limited to 1,000 pieces.

Admission is open to professional visitors only, and individuals under 18 are not permitted. All visitors and exhibitors must bring valid identification and present a registration QR code for real-name registration. Overseas visitors must present their passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, along with the registration confirmation letter, and use the self-service badge printer to obtain a badge. Entry through the turnstiles requires both the badge and valid identification.
