en.Wedoany.com Reported - China's "Beijing Guidelines for Inspecting the Implementation of Green Building Development Requirements (Trial)" specifies that construction entities must organize design, construction, and supervision units to conduct special inspections on the implementation of green building development requirements during project completion acceptance. Based on the "Beijing Green Building Development Regulations," the guidelines stipulate the organization methods, specific procedures, and technical standards for inspection work.

The guidelines clarify that inspections are primarily based on current national and local standards, design documents, construction drawings, the green special chapter of construction projects, and relevant contract agreements. The inspection scope covers seven core areas: building energy efficiency, green buildings, prefabricated buildings, ultra-low energy buildings, renewable energy application, green building materials application, and the application of recycled products from construction waste. Each area lists corresponding technical standards and document checklists to be verified. For green building materials application inspection, an application ratio calculation analysis report, a special ledger, and a green building materials product certification certificate or a test report compliant with the "Green Building and Green Building Materials Government Procurement Demand Standards (2025 Edition)" must be provided.
As the overall organizer, the construction entity must note the inspection conclusions in the project completion acceptance report. Survey, design, construction, and supervision units must also indicate the inspection results in their respective quality inspection reports, completion reports, and project quality assessment reports. After completing the inspection, the construction entity must log into the Beijing Green Special Chapter Information Service System for Construction Projects, fill in the inspection information, generate an inspection form, download, print, sign, and seal it, and then upload it back to the system.
