en.Wedoany.com Reported - Canadian mineral exploration company BRS Resources Ltd. has announced the initiation of a high-resolution airborne magnetic survey at its La Guadalupana project in Sonora, Mexico, located approximately 11 kilometers north of the municipality of Yécora.

BRS Resources Launches Geophysical Exploration Program at La Guadalupana Project in Sonora

The geophysical program is scheduled to commence next week and will be executed in collaboration between BRS Resources and the Mexican company GDI Geofísica Aplicada. The company stated that this step is a critical milestone in accelerating the de-risking of the mineral rights and providing the key technical information needed to drive subsequent mineral development.

The core of the program involves using industrial-grade unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with high-sensitivity magnetometers to survey an area of 1,053 hectares. The objective is to precisely define the geophysical response of structural mineralization, identify key rock units and hydrothermal alteration zones, which are indicative of high-grade epithermal deposits.

Data acquisition and interpretation will be externally supervised by Allan L. Schappert, Chief Resource Geologist at ALS Geo Resources. With over 40 years of experience, this expert will ensure that the generated models comply with NI 43-101 international standards and the U.S. SEC's SK 1300 regulations.

Jason R. Hylton-Foster, Vice President of Commercial Development at BRS Resources, noted that the integration of these airborne data will provide a technical foundation for the project. Field studies are expected to take five calendar days, followed by a 15-day processing and three-dimensional inversion phase, with the report serving as a basis for future investment decisions.
