en.Wedoany.com Reported - Panattoni has announced that healthcare company DH Care has officially moved into its Panattoni Park logistics complex in Valongo, Porto. DH Care will lease a 12,450-square-meter module in the south building of the complex, with the transaction brokered by CBRE Portugal.

Arantxa Prado, Managing Director of Panattoni Iberia, stated that DH Care's arrival marks the sixth tenant in the complex and the first from the healthcare sector. She noted that the logistics park offers flexible space solutions to meet various needs, including those of the healthcare industry.

Panattoni Park Valongo is a multi-tenant logistics complex consisting of two buildings: the north warehouse, with an area of 26,475 square meters, is fully leased; the south warehouse covers 49,930 square meters, bringing the total gross floor area of the entire complex to 76,400 square meters. Only a few units remain available for lease, accommodating space requirements ranging from 6,000 to 19,000 square meters. The complex enjoys convenient transportation access, approximately 25 minutes by car from downtown Porto and the Port of Leixões (Porto de Leixões), with direct connections to the A41 and A4 highways, and about 27.7 kilometers from Porto Airport (Aeroporto do Porto).

Daniel Gonçalves, Vice President of Operations at DH Care, stated that this move is a strategic initiative to strengthen the company's operational capabilities in Portugal. The new space will help improve supply chain efficiency, enhance responsiveness to international markets, and support continued business growth.
