The facility is scheduled to become operational in August 2026 and is designed for the rapid deployment of fast-moving consumer goods inventory and fulfillment of end-customer orders across the UK.

With the continued growth of e-commerce, businesses are pursuing greater capacity and more efficient supply chain operations, driving investment in logistics infrastructure across the UK. CEVA Logistics is taking a new step in this context, solidifying its position as a strategic logistics partner for e-commerce brands.

The warehouse, with a building area of 508,000 square feet, will be used for the storage, processing, and distribution of customer inventory to enable faster and more efficient customer deliveries across the UK. The facility was designed and developed with sustainability and operational efficiency in mind, achieving an EPC A+ certification and a BREEAM Excellent rating, and is equipped with a solar roof to support low-energy operations.

The warehouse is designed with over 147,000 dynamic picking faces and variable storage locations, offering scalable capacity to support future growth and customer demand. Capacity can be further expanded by adding racking and converting block-stack floor space, while maintaining operational flexibility and service standards.

The project will take less than 20 weeks from contract signing to operational launch, reflecting close collaboration among CEVA's business development, solution design, legal, project management, and customer management teams, ensuring rapid deployment and operational readiness.
