WrxFlo provides an AI platform for manufacturing and logistics companies, replacing "disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes" with "a single, connected digital platform" aimed at "reducing waste, anticipating risks, and accelerating decision-making." The investment will be used to accelerate WrxFlo's expansion in the UK and the US, drive the continued development of its SaaS platform, and support its goal of growing its workforce from 60 to 200 employees by 2028.

WrxFlo was founded in 2019 by former Dell manufacturing colleagues Tim Crowe, Ken Sheehan, and Jennifer Kelly. Its platform targets financial reporting, planning, digital manufacturing, warehouse management, logistics, and KPI tracking, with the goal of "providing businesses with a single, integrated view of performance" by digitizing and unifying fragmented traditional processes into "a streamlined, data-driven system to reduce costs and improve efficiency."

Company CEO Crowe stated: "We created WrxFlo based on our firsthand experience running complex manufacturing and supply chains. We know how frustrating it is when systems don't talk to each other and teams have to chase data to understand overall operations." He further noted, "WrxFlo connects these systems, applies AI to the data, and provides teams with a digital colleague that helps them eliminate waste, detect risks earlier, and focus on work that truly creates value."

The company stated that it is currently experiencing "very strong commercial momentum" in markets including Ireland, the UK, Germany, China, and the US, and noted that the global smart manufacturing market it operates in could exceed $990 billion by 2030. Niall McEvoy, Head of Venture Capital at Elkstone, said: "The WrxFlo team combines rare, real-world operational experience with a powerful and flexible platform that can be quickly deployed and adapted to each customer. We believe WrxFlo has the potential to become a category-defining company in AI operations software." Richard Watson, Managing Partner at Furthr VC, said: "We have supported WrxFlo since our initial investment in 2022, and we have seen this team consistently deliver on the goals they set. They combine deep operational expertise and credibility with a platform that solves a real and costly problem for manufacturing and logistics companies."
