en.Wedoany.com Reported - Hefei Rail Transit Line 7 (Phase I), constructed with participation from CRSC Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group, was officially put into operation recently. The line has a total length of 18.8 km and comprises 16 stations, running from Feicui Park Station in the west to Hefei No.4 High School Station in the east, traversing the city from west to east along Fanhua Avenue, Shixin Road, and Huizhou Avenue. As the system integrator for communication, integrated monitoring, and automatic fare collection systems along the entire line, CRSC Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group was responsible for the construction of the weak current systems, marking a new phase for Hefei Metro with eight lines operating in parallel.

At the initial stage of construction, the project team first created a model demonstration zone for the entire line, strictly adhering to the rule of "no subsequent work without model approval." Through on-site visual technical disclosure, the quality standards for each process were refined, and the construction process standards were unified across the line. During the main construction phase, the project implemented a "three-inspection system" for processes and a card-holding acceptance system, achieving closed-loop control over the entire construction workflow; simultaneously, dynamic management of construction personnel under a real-name system was implemented. To address multi-disciplinary cross-construction, the project coordinated with all participating parties, unified the entry schedules of various disciplines, scientifically divided segmented work surfaces, and improved overall construction efficiency. Under standardized and refined management, the project was successively rated as an excellent project for Hefei rail transit construction safety work in 2024 and 2025.

The technical team adopted the concept of "simulate before construction," pre-positioning processes such as pipeline layout, equipment installation, and cable laying into a digital twin model for simulation and deduction. Full-scenario construction replication was completed in the digital space, with iterative optimization of construction plans and calculation of cable routing, equipment installation points, and interface reservation dimensions. Through digital pre-simulation, on-site issues such as pipeline collisions and dimensional deviations were avoided in advance, reducing rework workload while improving the overall precision of equipment installation and system integration.

Before the official opening, the line offered free trial rides to the public. On the opening day, the project dispatched volunteers to stations for passenger flow guidance and travel inquiries. Line 7 has opened up the east-west traffic artery of Hefei, allowing faculty and students from schools along the line, such as Hefei No.4 High School, 168 High School, and Hefei University, to commute by metro, and enabling citizens to take the metro directly to Huiyuan, Mingzhu Square, Nanyan Lake, and other locations.

CRSC Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group stated that it will ensure operational support during the initial phase of Line 7 (Phase I).
