The project commenced in February 2020 and is scheduled for completion in November 2026.

The affordable homes provided by HPG aim to assist those who struggle to remain in rural areas due to high housing costs, enabling local families, key workers, and young residents to continue living near their social networks. In addition to housing, the project includes a primary school accommodating 150 students, a commercial center with retail units and future business spaces, community allotments, and the Allscott Sports Club gymnasium with sports fields. These facilities collectively strive to create a sustainable rural environment where residents can live, learn, work, and access daily services locally.
