en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 9, 2026, Hangzhou LogicBit Technology Co., Ltd. ("LogicBit") announced the completion of a Series A funding round worth hundreds of millions of yuan and the launch of a superconducting quantum computing cloud platform. This round was co-led by Kangjun Capital and Chaos Investment, with participation from China Development Bank Venture Capital, Yuanjing Capital, Shanghai Future Industry Fund, IDG Capital, semiconductor integrated circuit industry fund Zhongxin Juyuan and Xinlian Capital, as well as Honghui Fund, TCL Capital, and Thick Snow Capital. Existing investors Matrix Partners China, Dongfang Jiafu, Fortune Capital, Huakong Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Zhejiang University Alumni Fund Oufang Angel, and Huaxia Hengtian also increased their investments. As a strategic investor in this round, Xinlian Capital's investment in LogicBit is a key step in laying out next-generation frontier computing power and bridging the synergy between the semiconductor and quantum computing industries. The funds will primarily be used for R&D and construction of a new generation of high-performance superconducting quantum chips and automated production lines, accelerating the deployment of the quantum computing cloud platform, and recruiting top-tier talent.

Founded in 2022, LogicBit's core team originates from Zhejiang University's Superconducting Quantum Computing Laboratory, making it one of the earliest teams in China to conduct research on superconducting quantum computing. The company has achieved breakthroughs in the design and fabrication of superconducting quantum chips, development of quantum measurement and control systems, and engineering of complete quantum computers, demonstrating strong competitiveness in key technical indicators such as qubit count, coherence time, and two-qubit gate fidelity.

At the Quantum Day 2026 event, LogicBit officially launched the AGate series of next-generation superconducting quantum chips and the quantum computing cloud platform. The AGate series is based on a tunable-frequency physical qubit and tunable coupler architecture, with 30-qubit and 100-qubit versions currently available. Among these, the AGate-100 chip achieves a median single-qubit gate fidelity of 99.93%, a median two-qubit gate fidelity of 99.5%, and a median readout fidelity of 98.6%. Single-qubit gate operation speed reaches 20 nanoseconds, and two-qubit gate operation speed reaches 40 nanoseconds, with key indicators meeting or exceeding those of international mainstream quantum cloud platforms such as IBM. Regarding the most critical coherence time indicator, LogicBit recently achieved a coherence time exceeding 890 microseconds on a small-scale chip. The next step is to port this to the 100-qubit chip, continuously reducing the error rate of logical qubits.

Quantum computing currently faces two core bottlenecks: technical engineering challenges and high user adoption barriers. LogicBit's first step toward industrialization is building a quantum computing cloud platform for users across multiple industries. At Quantum Day 2026, LogicBit officially launched its quantum computing cloud platform, opening it to universities, research institutions, and industrial users in fields such as biomedicine, chemistry, materials, energy, AI, finance, and logistics. Currently, ecosystem partners including Pharmaron, Liangguan Zhiyuan, Quantum Emergence, Tongyuan Liangzhi, and UnitaryForge are conducting related research based on LogicBit's cloud platform. LogicBit has also entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Pharmaron to establish a joint laboratory, exploring the integration of quantum computing with pharmaceutical R&D and driving the industry toward a "Quantum-ready" state.

Xinlian Capital, backed by the domestic specialty process wafer foundry platform Xinlian Integration, has long been positioned in the domestic power, analog, and mixed-signal chip industry chain. The large-scale manufacturing of superconducting quantum chips requires mature semiconductor micro-nano processing techniques, automated production lines, and engineering capabilities such as RF transmission. Through this strategic investment, Xinlian Integration will help LogicBit address shortcomings in the large-scale manufacturing of domestic quantum hardware, solidify the foundation for autonomous and controllable underlying quantum hardware, and accelerate the leap from "laboratory prototypes" to "engineering mass production." LogicBit has formulated a "technology + application" dual-drive roadmap: by 2027, it aims to break through the fault-tolerant threshold and achieve modular logical qubits; by 2028, it will deeply integrate with fields such as drug R&D, material simulation, and AI; by 2029, it will complete the engineering of tens of thousands of physical qubits; and after 2030, it will realize a large number of general-purpose quantum algorithms on universal quantum computers.
