(CSE: FRDM, formerly SPOD Lithium Corp.) issued a total of 2,500,000 common shares on July 9, 2026, as partial consideration for an option to acquire a 100% interest in four mineral projects in Nova Scotia, Canada. Pursuant to an option agreement signed with 21Alpha Resources Inc. on June 4, 2026, Freedom Gold Corp. holds the option to acquire interests in the Blockhouse, Widow Point, Frenchvale, and Westfield properties. Gravel Developments Inc. (GDI) acquired 1,181,250 shares in this issuance, representing more than 10% of the issued and outstanding shares.
