This project focuses on the repair and localized production of core components such as semiconductor electrostatic chucks and heating plates. It is another key South Korean-funded project introduced by the Xi'an High-tech Zone following Elotec and Shinhan Diamond, aiming to enhance the supporting links for key semiconductor components.
BOBOO HITECH is a specialized manufacturer of core semiconductor components in South Korea, with 30 years of experience in this field. Its products are stably supplied to global top memory chip companies such as Samsung and SK Hynix, with technical strength ranking among the industry's forefront.
The signed base project has a total investment of 150 million yuan and will be built in two phases. Phase I involves an investment of 50 million yuan, leasing approximately 2,000 square meters of standard factory space for the repair and localized production of components such as electrostatic chucks and heating plates. Upon completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 60 million yuan. Phase II plans an additional investment of 100 million yuan to expand production capacity, with an annual output value reaching 200 million yuan after full operation. The implementation of this project will enhance the localized supply and service capabilities of key semiconductor components.
The semiconductor industry is a strategically prioritized sector for the Xi'an High-tech Zone. Since Samsung's flash memory chip project settled in the zone in 2012, the area has continuously deepened industrial cooperation with South Korea, attracting a cluster of South Korean semiconductor supply chain enterprises.
