en.Wedoany.com Reported - China Wuhu Shipyard Co., Ltd. and Aneng Emergency Rescue Industry Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing on July 10, 2026, to deepen collaboration in the research, development, manufacturing, and market promotion of amphibious emergency rescue equipment.
Wuhu Shipyard, formerly known as the Fujiheng Machinery Factory founded in 1900, is one of the backbone enterprises in China's shipbuilding industry, with a long history and profound technical expertise in shipbuilding. The company holds core independent intellectual property rights in amphibious equipment and special vehicles, and has established a comprehensive amphibious equipment system covering light, medium, and heavy models for full-scenario operations including "forward reconnaissance, comprehensive rescue, and material delivery," offering leading domestic capabilities in integrated emergency rescue solutions.
Aneng Emergency Rescue Industry Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a pioneer in China's domestic emergency rescue industry. Its parent company, China Aneng Construction Group Co., Ltd., formerly the Armed Police Hydropower Force, was transferred in 2018 to become a central enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Aneng Emergency Response holds significant advantages in resource allocation, application scenario development, and national market channels, complementing Wuhu Shipyard's technical and manufacturing strengths.
According to the agreement, the two parties have reached consensus on four key tasks: first, defining a joint research and development roadmap and initiating preliminary discussions and project preparations for industry standards; second, identifying initial application verification scenarios and conducting practical tests based on actual needs during the main flood season; third, initiating engagement on equipment procurement projects for key provinces to expedite conversion into orders; and fourth, planning joint flood control drills to enhance brand influence.
Wuhu Shipyard stated that it will adhere to national strategic needs, accelerate the transition of products from laboratories to application fields, and from single-point breakthroughs to system integration, striving to build a leading domestic and world-class research and manufacturing base for amphibious emergency rescue equipment, providing equipment support for the modernization of China's emergency management system and capabilities. This strategic cooperation represents an important measure for complementary advantages and coordinated development, expected to drive the standardization and industrialization of China's amphibious emergency rescue equipment.
