en.Wedoany.com Reported - At the electric vehicle exhibition held in Moscow, the Voyt LCV electric van was unveiled. Developed by the composites division of Rosatom, the van is named after the project leader, Roman Voyt. The Voyt brand was registered in the summer of 2024, and its full-scale model had previously debuted at the "AtomExpo-2024" forum in Sochi. Yumatex, a subsidiary of Rosatom, has filed a patent application for the design of this electric van.

The electric van can accommodate two people, with a cargo volume of 3 cubic meters and a payload capacity of 600 kilograms. Developers note that under the NEDC cycle, the range on a single charge is approximately 300 kilometers, and considering the use of heating in winter and accelerated battery discharge at low temperatures, this range still meets operational needs.

A key feature of the vehicle's structure is the load-bearing frame made of hollow carbon composite profiles, which also serves as the housing for the power battery. Developers believe this design helps reduce vehicle weight. The 32 kWh battery was developed by an enterprise under Rosatom.

The van is built on a universal platform, enabling the production of various classes of electric vehicles, including sedans, hatchbacks, crossovers, and minibuses. The platform standardizes the chassis, charging system, powertrain, and control system. According to developers, 60% of the van's components are produced by Rosatom's subsidiaries. Previously, the van's developers stated that at an annual production volume of 10,000 units, the cost of electric vehicles based on the Voyt platform could be comparable to that of internal combustion engine vehicles.
